KELLY PULIZZI

Growing up, I was always involved in some sort of athletic endeavor. I played soccer, softball, and was on swim team. As I got older, I started to pick up strength training on my own, as a way to "tone up" and "look better". I pieced workouts together based on what I found on the internet. I then began to pick up running, with a goal of seeing how much further I could push my body. I have since completed eleven half marathons and four full marathons, all with strength work as a key part of my training.

I graduated with my Bachelors in Kinesiology in 2013 and have been training in corporate and commercial fitness centers since.  My favorite part of my career has always been helping others find just how strong they truly are. Every day I have an opportunity to promote a positive relationship with fitness and strength training. For 7 years I have helped hundreds of people lose weight, gain muscle, and see the health benefits they are seeking. I have also helped many people improve their strength so they can complete challenging hikes, marathons, and spartan races. I have worked in with everybody from the general population, to runners and athletes looking to improve their performance. Most importantly I have helped people increase their confidence and find their strength within.

Weekly Virtual Boot Camp: Come join a fun group of 20+  for a live virtual class held over Zoom. Classes are held regularly on Wednesdays at 5:30 PM PST. Classes are designed for all levels of fitness. ZOOM ID ( 502 334 3008 )

COST: DONATION BASED

​

​

Customized Training Program: A custom training program is the ideal option for an individual who is comfortable working out on their own. Every week, a training program is created based on your specific goals, with consideration to your weekly schedule. The program will include an appropriate amount of strength training and cardiovascular workouts for your fitness level. Workouts will be delivered on a week-to-week basis through the Trainerize app, and you will have regular communication with me should any modifications need to be made.

COST: $150/MONTH

Personal Training Sessions: 1:1 sessions are ideal for any individual, regardless of their fitness level. With regularly scheduled sessions, and communication, you will receive more guidance than you receive in the custom training plan. This is the best option for those who are just starting their journey or want a little extra accountability. With 1:1 training, you will meet with me for 45 -60  minutes, at a weekly frequency of your choosing (typically 1-3 times per week). Currently, 1:1 sessions are held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
